*Handling all incoming phone, email and web group Reservations
*Build strong relationships with customers
*Receive and convert/contract incoming group and event enquiries
*Send proper offers to client, follow ups
*Manage Hotel site inspections with client
*Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events supporting other hotel departments
* Overseeing events on the spot, finance closure after eventsVery good communication skills, internally and with clients
*Secondary Hotel School or Hotel management
*Preferably experience at Reservations/ Sales or DMC
*Ideal previous experience working in the Conference and Events function
*Speaks and writes fluently in English, Czech (Czech is MUST)
*Positive and can-do attitude Good communicative skills and good telephone skils
*Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Fidelio/Opera is a plus Well-groomed appearance
*Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
*Previous experience in the same or similar role Good local market knowledge
