     Job description:

A restaurant supervisor manages all aspects of a restaurant's operation, ensure customers receive excellent service and great food, and that they have a memorable quality experience.

Daily duties:

- Scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks

- Service in the a la carte restaurant / bar / BQ area and guest care

- Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service

- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients

- Assisting in the development of menu offerings and changes based on costs and customer preference

Stellenanforderung

Job requirements:

- Experience in the field in a similar position

- Independence, professionalism, flexibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality 

- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages
