Job description

* Provide exceptional guest service.

* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.

* Transport luggage to and from guest rooms securely and efficiently.

* Provide guests with directions and information about hotel facilities.

* Arrange trasportation and handle other guest requests.

All roles within Guest Service department are essential in creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring they have a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Job requirements

* Experience on similar role is advantage.

* English language on good level. Daily communication with the guests.

* Czech language is advantage, we will have also local guests.

* Professional behavior, good communication skills.

* Valid driving licence is a must.
