Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Restaurant Host/ess to join our Cotto Crudo restaurant team.

About the role:

CottoCrudo Restaurant requires to have a communicative person, who is able to react on guest's wishes immediately and in a quality that exceeds guest’s expectation.

This role is for defined period of 12 months, which can be extended to unlimited contract based on your performance. Probation period is 3 months.

What You will do:

You will be welcoming guests and taking care of them during their visit in cooperation with a team of servers. You will be responsible for the reservations that are going through the reservation system or via phone.

What You will bring:

Previous experience in the same or similar position in a fine dining restaurant or in the fast paced hotel environment is a plus.

A hospitality approach and a passion for service.

Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.

Outstanding communications skills.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Czech languages is required.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.

Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.

Must have EU work authorization.
