Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Front Desk Night Supervisor to join our team.

About the Job

The Night Supervisor manages a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations. This individual leads the night team in a constructive and efficient manner in order to create and maintain the highest level of service consistent with Four Seasons Standards.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with the possibility to extend the contract to unlimited, based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. For this role, EU work authorization is required.

About You and Key Responsibilities

Manages the activities of the Front Desk and the hotel during the overnight shift. Ensures communications and follow-up with day shift.Handles guest interactions and resolves customer complaints, accommodates special requests.Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, run night audit reports and select and to block rooms for last minute arriving guests.Reports all guest complaints, relevant incidents and matters that need to be followed up on the next day to management, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. 

Qualifications in detail:

·      Firm knowledge of hotel operations and must have minimum 1 year of experience in Supervisor position in Rooms Division in a 4-5* hotel.

·      High level of independence and ability to make on-the-spot decisions.

·      Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

·      Attention to detail and the ability to multi task.

·      Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.

·      Ability to communicate in Czech language is a plus.

·      Guest centricity attitude and pro-active approach to involvement in operations.

·      Schedule flexibility - ability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

·      College degree preferably specializing in hotel management or equivalent experience is required.
