Job description

As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Prague hotel you are the first contact for our guests. Welcome them as they arrive at the hotel in a professional and friendly manner and provide with satisfaction expected of aa 5 start Hilton property.

Your duties include:

- checking guests in and out, issuing of keys;

- taking reservations by telephone or email;

- preparing bills and dealing with payments.

You are also expected to provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints. At Hilton Prague, it is also a requirement to be comfortable with the upselling of all products and services within the hotel, which also influences your personal financial bonus.

As an international hotel chain, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
