Key responsibilities:
- room allocation
- group handling
- VIP handling
- check-in and check-out of guests
- accepting reservations & walk-ins
- ambassador to our guests
- ensuring compliance with Radisson Blu operational standards
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- have a passion for guest services
- be a good motivator
- have a good sense of responsibility and be a confident person
- have excellent communication skills
- be enthusiastic in delivering outstanding results
- possess the ability to work under pressure
We require:
- fluent in Czech and English
- positive approach
An Advantage would be:
- prior Front office experience
- knowledge of other languages
