The 5* Hotel KINGS COURT is looking for a new member to its team for the position of Night Receptionist FULL TIME, who is able to work independently and provide high-level services according to the expectations of guests and the hotel.

Stellenbeschreibung

- Check-In and Check-Out of hotel guests
- Concierge and Guest Relations
- Fulfilling the requirements of hotel guests
- Cooperation with other hotel departments

- Actively welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure from the hotel

- Handle guest luggage with efficiency and considerate care. Assisting guests with their requests

- Escorting guests to their rooms

- Explaining to guests the functioning of individual hotel outlets and the equipment of hotel rooms

- Assistance in emergency situations whenever needed

Stellenanforderung

- Previous experience in the Front office and knowledge of Fidelio or Opera is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Representative negotiations
- Knowledge of English and Czech
