For our team, we are looking for a candidate who wants to advance in his career to the managerial position of Front office manager. If you have experience as an assistant, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Stellenbeschreibung

- management and active support of a smaller Front Office team (reception, concierge, porters),

- daily communication with guests, maintaining the highest standards of customer service

- ongoing control of all set operational processes,

- recruitment, training and motivation of employees,

- communication with other hotel departments,

- shift planning and preparation of payroll documents

Stellenanforderung

- previous experience from a 5* or 4* hotel in the position of Assistant of Front Office Manager

- pro-client approach, representative appearance,

- knowledge of Czech and very good knowledge of English (another language is an advantage),

- experience with team management and training of new employees,

- time flexibility
