Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu specifications. From breakfast classics to gourmet dinners, the Cook will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

- Ensure that all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.

- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent waste and ensure freshness.

Stellenanforderung

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary environment.

- Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Languages:

- Mandatory requirement is for candidate to speak fluent English.

- Czech and Spanish languages are considered as a plus.
