We are seeking an experienced and passionate candidate for the position of Front Desk Manager, with involvement in Guest Relations and Operations.

- Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the apartment complex consisting of a total of 34 high-standard apartments.
Currently in the pre-opening phase, the responsibilities include:
- Building the reception team
- Setting standards (SOPs) both at the reception and in collaboration with the Apartment Manager for other standards...overall operations agenda, guest relations, housekeeping supervising, reservation agenda
Post-opening, the focus will be on:
- Auditing/reporting
- Check-in/checkout agenda
- Guest relations (VIP treatments, concierge, check-in follow-up, and more)
- Supervising reservation/revenue agendas alongside the Apartment Manager
- Partially supervising the housekeeping department
Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel operations, particularly in positions such as reception manager/supervisor, guest relations manager/supervisor, or operations manager/supervisor.
Ability to lead a team, communicate with guests, and ensure an excellent experience for each client is essential.
