Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer questions about our products and make recommendations.

Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory.

Work independently to manage tasks and solve problems as they arise.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Passion for baked goods and a strong understanding of our products.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible and detail-oriented.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in Czech at B level.

Proficiency in English at B level.
