We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Supervisor to join our friendly team at Lindner Hotel Prague Castle | JdV by Hyatt.

⚠️ This position is open to applicants from EU countries or those with a valid work permit for the Czech Republic.

Your role:

As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the front desk. You’ll support the Front Office Manager in upholding high service standards and providing our guests with exceptional experiences.

What you'll do:

✅ Oversee and support the Front Office team in daily operations
✅ Perform check-ins and check-outs, handle payments and billing
✅ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
✅ Take telephone and email reservations
✅ Ensure team compliance with standards and procedures in line with Lindner & Hyatt philosophy

Stellenanforderung

What we expect:

🔹 Experience in a similar position in hospitality
🔹 Independence, flexibility, and a hands-on attitude
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality
🔹 Excellent command of Czech and English, German is a plus
🔹 Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
