Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to enhance profitability while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily inspections.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead staff members, fostering a motivated and productive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and high service standards.
Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, labor costs, and expenses to ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports and analyze data to adjust strategies and improve revenue.
Quality Control: Uphold quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute local marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing patrons.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries to meet restaurant needs
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management
· A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
