Job Responsibilities:

- Responding to guest requests via our guest app and chat platforms

- Delivering amenities and special requests to guest rooms

- Providing information about the property and the city

- Assisting with small errands to ensure smooth operations

- Collaborating with other departments to maintain exceptional service

- Escorting guests to their rooms after check in

Stellenanforderung

Requirements:

- Fluent spoken and written English

- Czech language skills would be a great advantage

- A strong desire to provide exceptional guest service

- Proactive, communicative, and guest-oriented personality

- Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks
