🏢 About the Role:
As our Front Office Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing our Front of House team, coordinating schedules, overseeing office procedures, and ensuring smooth, day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with and receive support from the Operations Manager, so you won't be on your own.

Supervise front desk operations and front office staff
Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors, lead by example
Maintain effective scheduling and communication systems
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Collaborate with internal departments for seamless coordination
Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of your team
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in front office roles (2+ years in a leadership/supervisory position preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident team leadership
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)
