What we trust you with

Preparing and serving all types of Illy coffee and breakfast beverages with care and consistency.

It is a large volume and fast-paced service. You can prepare around 500 beverage items in 4 hours on average. 

Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to start their day right.

Working 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays — with fair compensation.

What makes you a match

Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista, ideally in a busy coffee shop or hotel breakfast setting.

Late art at least on the basic level. 

Reliability, independence, and a proactive attitude.

Extraordinary organizational skills and ability to work under stress. 

A friendly, optimistic personality with great communication skills.

Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Conversational English; other languages are a plus.

EU work authorization is required.
