Mama is looking for a Floor Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who loves being on the floor, leading a team, making guests smile and keeping the vibe just right.

At Mama, we’re not “just a hotel.” We create moments. We’re loud (sometimes), fun (always), and serious about great service. As our Floor Manager, you’re one of the faces of Mama — leading by example, supporting your team and making sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

What you’ll be up to:

Running the daily show in our restaurants & bars with the F&B Manager

Being present on the floor (yes, really on the floor!)

Coaching, motivating and developing the team

Welcoming new team members and helping them feel at home

Keeping schedules, timekeeping and operations smooth

Watching costs, stock, waste and quality

Making sure hygiene and safety rules are respected

Sharing ideas for new drinks, dishes and cool concepts

Making sure the energy stays high and the service stays sharp

You’re our person if you:

Have solid experience in a busy restaurant or hotel

Have already led a team (and loved it)

Communicate clearly and positively

Know your way around systems like Micros

Are flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays

Bring good vibes and team spirit wherever you go
