We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create an exceptional dining experience and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
-Welcome and seat guests.
-Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the reservation system.
-Maintain waitlists and coordinate guest seating.
-Communicate with guests and collaborate with the service and kitchen teams.
-Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintain cleanliness of the host area.
-Provide excellent customer service and support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
-Friendly and professional attitude.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
-Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but not required.
-Knowledge of the Czech language is a strong advantage.
