What You’ll Do

Lead the Spa Experience

Oversee all spa operations including treatments, salon, skincare, massage, fitness, wellness programs, reception, reservations, and locker room areasEnsure flawless daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and serviceLead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling guest feedback with confidence and care

Drive Business & Financial Performance

Manage spa budgets, payroll, forecasts, and operating statements to meet or exceed financial goalsMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitabilityControl operational expenses including amenities, linens, professional products, décor, and supplies

Retail, Sales & Marketing

Select retail vendors, manage supplier relationships, and oversee product selection, purchasing, merchandising, and displaysCreate and manage spa promotions, seasonal campaigns, gifting programs, and special eventsDevelop bespoke spa offerings for groups, including amenities, gifts, and customized servicesEnsure spa services are featured in all hotel marketing and promotional activities

Inspire & Develop the Team

Recruit, hire, train, and develop spa leaders and hourly talentDeliver onboarding and ongoing training programs that empower team members to succeedConduct performance reviews, set goals, and support professional growthFoster a culture of collaboration, open communication, recognition, and celebration

Elevate Guest Satisfaction

Continuously analyze guest feedback and satisfaction resultsImplement improvement plans to enhance service quality and guest experienceEmpower the team to exceed expectations and bring the W “Whatever/Whenever” spirit to life

Stellenanforderung

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in spa or wellness management within luxury hospitalityStrong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approachSolid understanding of spa financials, budgeting, and revenue managementPassion for wellness, guest experience, and innovative spa conceptsExcellent communication skills; English required2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business requires
