Stellenbeschreibung

- Prepare and serve cocktails and mixed drinks to a high standard

- Advise guests on wine and beverage selection with confidence and care

- Maintain the bar area to impeccable standards throughout service

- Support upselling naturally as part of attentive guest interaction

- Work closely with the wider F&B team during service

- Operate the POS Mews cash register system

Stellenanforderung

- Proven experience in bartending with a focus on cocktails

- Good knowledge of wine and a genuine interest in developing it further

- A guest-oriented approach and a calm, confident presence behind the bar

- Communicative Czech and English – additional languages are an advantage 

- Flexibility for afternoon shifts
