We are looking for a new colleague to join the Mandarin Oriental Prague hotel as a Head Therapist for 30 hours per week.

Stellenbeschreibung

·         Performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional manner and at an exceptional service level.

·         Provide guidance and training for existing and new therapists to ensure they are confident with all SOP’s.

·         Conduct regular refresher trainings for all spa therapists in line with SOP’s and Departmental learning checklists.

·         To ensure that standards of appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.

·         Ensure all Spa Therapists are kept up to date with treatment knowledge and any changes that are made.

Stellenanforderung

·         Able to solve problems calmly and effectively

·         Czech language (native or very good command) English knowledge.

·         Professional customer service. 

·         Experience in a similar position or in a luxury boutique/shop is an advantage

·         Working permit for EU required
