Job description:

The Night audit is responsible for overseeing front desk duties at a hotel or another hospitality establishment during the night shift.

Daily duties:

- You are also expected to do checking guests in and out, issuing of keys; taking reservations by telephone or email;

- Reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift to ensure guests provided payment for their stay or any additional requests and acting as a point of communication for customer needs.

Stellenanforderung

Job requirements:

- Experience in the field in a similar position

- Independence, professionalism, flexibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality and accuracy

- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages, knowledge of the German language is an advantage

- Knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage
