     Job description:

The FB Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Daily duties:

- Scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks

- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards

- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting and training

- Oversee the operation in the a la carte restaurant / bar / BQ area

- Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service

- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients

- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Stellenanforderung

Job requirements:

- Experience in the field in a similar position

- Independence, professionalism, flexibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality 

- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages
