Job description:

The Waitress is responsible for ensuring restaurant guests have a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service.

Daily duties:

- Preparing the restauramt for operation

- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders

- Ensuring guest service to their maximum satisfaction in the restaurant, bar and conference foyer

- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests

- Other tasks: rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more

Stellenanforderung

Job requirements:

- Experience in the field in a similar position

- Independence, professionalism, flexibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality 

- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages
