For CottoCrudo Restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Prague, we are searching for a pleasant Host/ess, who has a professional behavior and active attitude to all guests. CottoCrudo Restaurant requires to have a communicative person, who is able to react on guest's wishes immediately and he/she is ready to satisfy guest's needs.

You will be welcoming guests and taking care of them during their visit in cooperation with team of servers. You will be responsible for the reservations that are going through the reservation system or via phone. You will be in close contact with our Front Desk, Kitchen and S&M team to ensure a memorable experience is created for each guest.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills in detail:

- Previous experience in the same or similar position in fine dining restaurant or in 4*+ hotel is an advantage,

- A pleasant look and professional behavior,

- A HOSPITALITY approach and passion for service,

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Czech language. 

- Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
