Our flagship property, R16 Residences, is located near the new one opening Six Residences.
- Greet guests with warmth and friendliness.
- Handle phone calls and messages.
- Manage Front Desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out.
- Operate in the Property Management System MEWS (we will teach you everything necessary).
- Handle incoming email correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Willingness to provide oustanding customer care and services.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Computer skills (e.g. MS Office).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
- Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.
