The 5* Hotel KINGS COURT is looking for a new enthusiastic member of the Front Office team - Night Receptionist/Auditor who is driven by guest satisfaction and capable of providing a unique experience according to high standards and expectations.

- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests from check-in through their stay up to bill handling upon check-out
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Provide concierge services
- Daily audit and closure of the hotel system along with related tasks

- Take exceptional care of the reception during night times

Požadujeme

- Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial
- Strong English skills, both oral and written, are essential, other languages are beneficial
- A passion for hotels and hospitality is essential

- Flexibility
- Knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage
- Knowledge of Prague in order to provide accurate concierge services
- Knowledge of Czech is an advantage

- Knowledge of German is an advantage
