We are looking for an experienced candidate to the MAMA Reservations Team

Náplň práce

• Handles all enquiries or cancellations regarding the rooms in accordance to MAMA pricing standards 

• Handles reservations for all individuals according to the MAMA quality standards

• Providing the best service to clients by respecting their requests and making sure that they are in accordance with hotel’s rate strategy

• Manages the opening/closing of all the distribution channels according to the sales strategy decided by Revenue Manager

• Answers questions and provides information about Mama ❤️

• Prepares bills and collects payments, solving billing discrepancies

• Maintains hotel records properly making sure each client profile in the system is done

Požadujeme

•  Related reservations of FO experience

•  Team player ⛹

•  Must have well developed problem solving skills = no grumble :-P

•  Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills both of Czech and English languages 

•  Ability to anticipate needs and wants of guests while balancing business needs of the Company

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and any of Reservations program but if you know the Opera = we just clap
