Náplň práce

Responsibilities:

 Provide exceptional customer service

 Take orders, serve food and beverages with attention to detail and precision.

 Have deep menu knowledge to make recommendations, upsell when appropriate.

 Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

 Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

 Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly.

For Floor Managers:

 Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the teams.

 Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

 Train, mentor, and support waitstaff to uphold service excellence.

 Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.

 Manage table rotations, reservations, and walk-in guests efficiently to optimize service flow.

 Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with purchasing when needed.

 Assist in scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and operational decision-making.

Požadujeme

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong leadership and communication skills for the floor manager role.

Languages:

 Mandatory requirement is for candidate to speak fluent English and Czech.

 Spanish language is considered as a plus.
