Job description:

The Supervisor at Front Desk is responsible for the smooth functioning of the front office department.

- His / Her subject is the professional leadership of assigned area of ​​responsibility.

-  He / She assists the manager in the implementation of all standards in the line with the corporate policy with the priority of the highest possible business success.

Daily duties:

- You are also expected to do checking guests in and out, issuing of keys; taking reservations by telephone or email; preparing bills and dealing with payments; provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints.

Požadujeme

Job requirements:

- Experience in the field in a similar position

- Independence, professionalism, flexibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality and accuracy

- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages, knowledge of the German language is an advantage

- Knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage
