JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Spa Therapist you will play a key role in delivering a range of spa treatments and services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious setting and contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our guests.

The main focus of your job will be:

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies in accordance with established protocolsCustomize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each guestMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areasEducate guests about spa services, products, and wellness practicesUphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all timesAssist with spa reception duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing paymentsCollaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guestsStay informed about latest trends and developments in the spa industry

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Certification or license in massage and facial treatments therapy valid in EUAt least 2 years experience working in a spa environmentVery good knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative levelStrong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidaysAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional servicePassion for wellness and helping others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
