Sir Hotels is headed to Prague! 

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center is opening soon near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will feature 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant. 

What would be your main tasks:

- Ensure consistent preparation of the menu items according to the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.

- Maintain thorough knowledge and oversight of all kitchen areas, including breakfast, event menus, and the Seven North restaurant. This entails a deep understanding of the menus, preparations, and procedures associated with each of these.

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes, portion controls, and sanitation standards.

- Monitor food inventory levels.

- Place orders with suppliers, and oversee the proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

- Help control food costs by minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

- Take a stock count every end of the month.

- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing hygiene regulations and safety standards.

-Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and take the lead in the Head Chef's absence.

Your profile:

- At least 2 years experience in senior position in similar kind of operation
