- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly approach
- Answering phone calls and messages
- Managing the reception area, ensuring check-in / check-out
- Entering new reservations into the system (Opera Cloud)
- Handling incoming and email messages
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Concierge services
- Managing extranets (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to multitask effectively and set priorities
- Flexibility and stress resistence
- Active knowledge of the English language (other languages are an advantage)
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage
- 12-hour shifts
- Apr. 12 shift per month
