Italian-Spanish restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to manage the grill section
WORKING HOURS
- On weekdays: 11:00 – 22:00
- Weekends: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
OPENING HOURS
- Currently open 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday
- Closed Sunday and Monday
SCHEDULE
- Alternating long and short weeks
- Until April: work 4 days a week
- Any additional days are paid separately
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent section management
- Cleaning and cutting fish and meat
- Preparation of fish, meat and side dishes
- Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
- Strong emphasis on organization, cleanliness and mise en place
-English language required
