For our partner company Luxury Residences s.r.o., we are looking for an experienced and driven Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our growing team.

Luxury Residences specializes in the management of premium residences and design apartments in the heart of Prague. Our current portfolio includes R16 Residences Prague, 6ix Residences Prague, and a collection of carefully curated design apartments. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a professional who will play a key role in shaping our revenue strategy and supporting the growth of the business.

Náplň práce

Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies

Optimize revenue across all distribution channels

Manage rates, inventory, and availability within PMS and Channel Manager systems

Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns

Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analysesIdentify opportunities to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue

Oversee reservation processes and ensure operational efficiency

Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to drive business performance

Požadujeme

Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, hospitality, or short-term rental operations

Strong understanding of OTA platforms, distribution channels, and revenue optimization principles

Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business decisions

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Professional level of English, both written and spoken

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach
