We’re looking for a Coffee Geek for Elias! ☕️

Do you want to be the face of a café with style, soul, and seriously good coffee?

Join us at Elias Café — a local love brand and part of Almanac X Alcron Prague, an iconic 5-star hotel with 90 years of history, just a few steps from Wenceslas Square.

At Elias, we care about great coffee from a local specialty roastery, fresh nutritious food, and creating a place where people simply feel good.

We’re looking for a Barista — or, as we like to say, a Coffee Geek — who will bring energy, care, and personality to our café.

Our opening hours are 8:00–17:00 Monday to Friday and 8:30–15:00 on weekends, so no late nights.

What we’re looking for

You genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and working with people.

You have a warm, honest, and friendly approach — both towards guests and your teammates.

You are proactive and treat the café as if it were your own.

You know the basics of latte art — at least a heart is a must. :)

You can adjust the grinder according to the day, the beans, and even the weather.

You can prepare V60 and other alternative brewing methods.

You speak English comfortably — ideally as naturally as Czech or Slovak.
