As a Welcome Ambassador, you will be one of the first faces guests meet, creating a warm, energetic and memorable welcome. You will support arrivals and departures, assist with luggage and transportation, provide information about the hotel and Prague, and help ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

• Welcome and engage guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage, vehicles, arrivals and departures.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis, transfers and other transportation.
• Manage luggage storage and retrieval.
• Support Concierge, Front Office and other hotel teams with guest requests.
• Monitor the entrance, parking and vehicle flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with colleagues and other departments.
• Follow hotel standards, safety, security and confidentiality procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be comfortable standing, walking and lifting luggage as required.
