We’re looking for a passionate and driven Bar Manager who will lead our team, shape the guest experience, and take Cloud 9 to the next level.

What Will You Do?

- Lead the day-to-day operations of Cloud 9 Sky Bar & Lounge.

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure the highest service standards.

- Recruit, develop, motivate, and coach your team.

- Manage schedules, staffing levels, and team performance.

- Drive revenue growth while effectively managing costs and budgets.

- Oversee inventory, stock control, purchasing, and regular stocktakes.

- Develop beverage concepts, signature cocktails, and seasonal menus.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

- Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Sales, Marketing, Events, and Hotel Operations teams.

Who/What Are We Looking For?

- A hands-on leader who is not afraid to jump in and support the team when needed.

- Previous leadership experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality operation.

- Strong people management and coaching skills.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.

- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business results.

- Knowledge of current beverage trends and cocktail culture.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
