Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Fine Dining Restaurant Server to join our Italian restaurant CottoCrudo.

About You

You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food and beverage offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You will be responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience. You must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.

Qualifications in detail:

·      Minimum two years of previous experience. Experience in fine-dining restaurant is an advantage.

·      Good knowledge of food & beverage service.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.

·      Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of the English language.

·      Ability to pour, mix and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits and drinks. A strong product knowledge is welcomed.

·      Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.

·      Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.

·      Must have EU work authorization

What to Expect

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility to extend to  unlimited contract, based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
