Job Description and Responsibilities

• Planning shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel restaurant
• Organizing and delegating tasks to the assigned team
• Effectively handling operational situations and taking care of guests
• Inventory management and responsibility for goods
• Participating in the preparation and execution of events
• Communicating with and serving guests, taking orders and payments
• Actively promoting hotel products and services

Requirements

• Czech language at a communicative level, advanced proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Pleasant and representative demeanor
• Reliability, independence, and attention to detail
• Managerial skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in using a computer
