Four Seasons Hotel Prague, a market leader in the hospitality industry is looking for a talented CONCIERGE AGENT.
You will be ideally a professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will represent the main point of contact for the guest seeking an experience in or outside of the hotel and responds to guest inquiries by email, phone, on the chat applications or in person. You will provide assistance to Front Desk with check-in, check-out and phone calls during busy operations.
As a team player, the Concierge works very closely to reception assisting with the arrival, in-house and departure experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills in detail:
- Previous experience in a guest facing environment (or concierge role) preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Good working proficiency of both Czech and English.
- Positive attitude, creativity, resourcefulness, detail-orientation, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
