We are looking for a a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bellman. If you have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills and a desire to enhance the overall guest experience we want to hear from you.
As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests by providing excellent service and assistance with their belongings.
The main focus of your job will be:
Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is handled carefully and delivered promptly to their rooms
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel environment
Very good knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
Driving licence B
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good physical fitness as the role involves lifting and carrying luggage
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
