Job description

What the position is about:

·    you are an organizational type - you can handle any situation in the hotel restaurant and kitchen

·   would you fullfil every wish of our guests - they feel treated by your personal care you help manage the rush of guests at exposed times

·        you constantly train the staff

·        work with the Optima reservation system (overview of hotel occupancy, etc.), Septim - warehouse system, marking, inventories, time schedule, calculation, budget

·  both computer work (Optima, Septim, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and work in the "field" (restaurant, lobby bar, terrace of the Růže and OLDINN hotels)

·    knowledge of guidelines in the food industry (HACCP) and control of their compliance

Job requirements

What we expect:

·       a smiling, positive personality with a representative demeanor

·      ability to communicate well in English (international team & foreign guests)

·      experience in managing a smaller Food & Beverage team

·    experience in a similar position for at least 3 year
