Job description

- Welcome and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations.

- Provide personalized services, such as arranging transportation, booking tours, and offering local insights

- Ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Handle special requests and resolve guest issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Job requirements

- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
