Job description

Ensuring smooth front desk operations during the day and coordinating day staff.

Managing check-in and check-out processes and addressing guest requests or complaints.

Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel during daytime shifts.

Assisting with administrative tasks and handling daily financial transactions.

Communicating with other departments and passing on relevant information to subsequent shifts.

Job requirements

Excellent communication skills in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Attention to detail and high service standards, with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, solving problems with a smile and radiating positive energy.

Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
