Job description

- Coordination of daily SPA operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.  

- Providing an exceptional customer experience – taking care of clients from booking to departure.  

- Handling customer complaints and addressing their needs and requests.  

- Offering information about available services and recommending tailored treatments or products.  

- Collaborating on the development of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting SPA services.  

- Organizing special events or seasonal promotions.  

- Assisting with both online and offline promotions (e.g., social media, brochures, service packages).  

- Monitoring equipment and facility maintenance, working closely with technicians.  

- Implementing and adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.  

- Ensuring a high standard of services in line with internal or international quality standards.  

- Managing certifications or compliance audits.  

Job requirements

Excellent communication skills in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Attention to detail and high service standards, with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, solving problems with a smile and radiating positive energy.

Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
