Job description

What is the position about:

• you are the first person the guest meets upon arrival/departure

• you assist guests during check-in/check-out

• you help fulfill their wishes

• you recommend remarkable places in and around Český Krumlov

• you solve all situations with your smile

Job requirements

We expect:

• ability to communicatein English in person and by phone

• a nice, friendly personality with a representative demeanor

• ability to work in thehotel reservation system

Your advantage will be:

• knowledge of another foreign language

• experience in a hotel environment
