Job description

* Assist in overseeing the daily oeprations of the Room Service department.

*Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

* Train, mentor and manage room service team.

* Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless guest experience.

* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Job requirements

* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

* Strong leadership and management skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Czech and English language is a must, also valid work permit.
