We are looking for a full time Receptionist with Guest Relations and Social Media skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences while showcasing our hotel online.

Job description

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a seamless and memorable stay by:

Providing outstanding customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay.

Actively communicating with guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Promoting and selling hotel services.

Managing reservations using the Hoteltime system.

Handling the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.

Job requirements

Strong teamwork mentality and ability to collaborate effectively.

Proactive and independent individuals with a warm and professional demeanor.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Czech (other languages are a plus!).

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Social media savvy with a creative mindset.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.
